If the order is incomplete or does not match what was ordered, we bear responsibility, and the customer has the right to request financial compensation or completion of the remaining items, provided the store is notified (via WhatsApp) within one hour of receiving the order.
The order is considered confirmed only after payment and order confirmation. For bank transfer orders, the receipt must be attached.
The customer must provide a clear address, including name, street, house number, neighborhood, and a nearby landmark. Missing this information is considered incomplete.
